1. Download the app
Download the myDiabby Healthcare mobile application on your smartphone (available on iOS and Android).
You can also use myDiabby Healthcare on a computer via the website: www.app.mydiabby.com.
2. Create or log into your account
When you open the app for the first time:
If this is your first time using myDiabby Healthcare, click “Sign up”.
If you already have an account (even from a previous pregnancy or on the web version), log in with your identifier and password.
If you forgot your password, click “I forgot my password” to reset it.
3. Choose your type of diabetes
Select: Gestational diabetes
4. Enter your medical team information (optional)
If you are connected to a medical team:
Enter your tracking code
If you don’t have one, leave this field empty
Select the country where you are receiving care
Click “Next”
5. Fill in your personal information
Complete the registration form with:
Expected delivery date
Your first name
Your birth last name
Your last name used
Date of birth
Social security number (if you are receiving care in France)
6. Create your login details
Enter:
Your email address (twice to avoid typos)
A password (minimum 10 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and numbers)
Confirm your password
Then click “Next”.
7. Finalize your registration
Accept the collection of your health data by myDiabby Healthcare
Click “Register”
🎉 Congratulations! Your account has been created, and you can now access your dashboard.
